Minjae Lee
16.6.-25.6.2023 Opening: 15.6. 19h
open during the performances on Sat 17.6. + Sun 18.6. + Sun 25.6. 6-7pm and by appointment
Minjae Lee's works are about invisibilities. They become apparent for a brief moment, but disappear again immediately. Our own fears are the same. Fears that have been stored on top of each other for a long time lose their former clear shape. They begin to blur and one no longer knows where they originally came from. Nor can one say any more exactly what they are - but they exist, undoubtedly - only perhaps, without being fears. His works are an attempt to visually represent such fears. They are shown through light, sound and installation. And even the artist himself exists only as material in his work, enabling a shock experience for the audience.
Performance dates:
Sat 17.6. 6-7pm
Sun 18.6. 6-7pm
